Would it be possible to add this manifesto to the top of the screen, so that everybody is aware of the policy?Another option, Could we have a Rules of Engagement page that fleshes out some of the rules the regulars here try to follow. That way a simple link after this line:
Here may there reside posts dicsussing events as of late. The latest media frenzy or story fallen through the cracks, events local, national or international; here may we discuss current events. Justin or Robert
could be referenced. Whenever somebody steps over the line, then a gentle nudging to reread the ROE might be all that's in order. There could be a seperate ROE for Space, Current Events, Off-Topic, and Flame, yet keep them all on the same easily linked page.
It seems to me the whole Dmitri and Sam thing could have been handled easier if there is a place to read what is and is not allowed.
