I am Danny Peterson and my brilliant and beautiful daughter will remain nameless for these purposes. We live in the city where I was actually born in 1953 (close to LA CA). I am a dinosaur mainframe programmer (don't get me defensive about it or I will probably bore you to tears) and I work for a major insurance firm (though I am a transplant from the banking industry). I have no degree, but I have a large collection of majors.

I've got far more interests than I have time for, and if you haven't dodged my posts then you probably already know them. Love the space thing, SF and fantasy, games of all sorts, warfare (well, I don't specifically like warfare but rather find the topic very interesting), the outdoors, music and the arts, and generally anything new and interesting. Starting to sound like a singles ad, so I think I'll close. Be nice to each other, folks!
