Now can you figure out a fix for Time Warner, the most incompetent company on the face of the Earth? My Roadrunner goes out every day intermittently as does my Digital Phone (also Time Warner). And getting through to their customer service... Grrrrrrr. They have me scheduled for 7/9/08. When my contract expires, I'm going with AT&T if they're any better.
