and if the facts are correctly reported, she forcibly took and damaged property. The kids being little brats has no bearing unless the kids were attacking the woman or her property. The law doesn't stop being the law just because it protects little twits as much as innocents.
I don't know why you think this is interesting. Looks like to me justice got served. Those kids were being punks, but the woman had no right to strike them or damage their property.
