Personally, I don't. I don't think outright lies, insults and libel belong on any forum, especially outside of this boards flame section.

I just wanted to know what your standards were. Clearly you are aware of his posts, and I presume you're aware of the lies, insults, ad-homs, and refusal to respect others requests for privacy. You must also be aware, I am sure, of the damage he has done, and now continues to do to this place. I'm just a little surprised and disappointed that you're happy to have that here. Yet again, for probably the third time, I find myself wondering if THZ has once again rendered itself uninhabitable.
