It's understood here that ANY moderator, when not doing actual moderation (usually signified by a specific and distinctive handle on a post) has every right to jump into the mud with the rest of us. The two positions are completely separate.
I thought you were a little rough on Lindy on that rock post--she was stepping pretty gingerly on the subject IMO--but it was nothing serious, and it certainly had nothing to do with you being a moderator.
