The Gun Debate. December 21, 2012 1:23 am SDAI-Tech

It’s all very interesting.

I live in a conceal carry state. I can just go out and buy myself a gun and I don’t even need a special conceal license. Everyone around me may be armed to the teeth. You go to the supermarket – you see people packing in plain sight and others you know may have concealed weapons.

Ironically, I see less shouting, fights and altercations than I did in California – by light years, actually. Why is this? You don’t even see people drive crazy during rush hour here! Why?

I’ll tell you why. When you suspect everyone is packing, no one causes needless altercations. And let’s make another thing clear. The residents here aren’t all rocket scientists and quantum physicists – and they still refrain from conflict.

I feel far safer going out here than in California or some liberal state. Compared to the hell that is California where people will flip you off in a heartbeat, cut you off or scream at the cashier – it’s like living in an entirely different country. Everyone is on their best behavior. No one screams out their window or boom their subwoofers to try and blow out your ear drums while you are idling in the In-n-Out. Everyday life here is so much better than one would think possible for the “wild west”.

So in a state where lenient gun laws exist how is it one can feel safer?

Because the culture here is different. People are raised to be more civil;to respect their neighbors; to mind their own business and not cause trouble. It took me a while to figure it out, but after I did it was an epiphany. Why were the people here nicer than the people in California? Why were even the poor here acting like they were in Sunday school, when juxtaposed alongside other places which are supposedly more “enlightened” and have liberal politicians enacting new laws almost every day?.

It’s the culture of FREEDOM. Freedom is a big responsibility. Here the consequences are more severe for bad behavior. You don’t pick a fight over a parking spot. You don’t pick fights at all.

Adam Lanza was brought up in a state where guns were controlled. His mother was a newbie gun aficionado who didn’t use common sense. She taught her socially handicapped son to shoot. When she provided him with violent video games like Call of Duty – the formula was ripe for disaster. The Columbine killers were social rejects who played Doom. We are now into a whole new level of social atrophy. My generation grew up with computers, but they were just a part of our lives – now millions of kids sole interaction is with their computers. Were talking 17 hours a day stuff. No dates. No going to the mall. No hanging out at McDonalds – nada. Just them and their computers.

It’s a sad world. Kids cut themselves now. They may live in a mansion and have everything and they take a razor blade or a paper clip and start cutting themselves. Why? It’s an effed up generation. This latest generation is a freak show out there. Their lives are more shallow than almost any generation. They are the “social justice” generation, which basically means everyone should be free to be a freak. Drugs? Great? They don’t respect their own bodies and derive satisfaction out of pain. I read this one body-mod story and this kid has no friends except a tattoo artist who got him started on body mods. This guy was his mentor and the pain of the mods gave his life meaning. Each new gauge size was an accomplishment. It would be sad if it were some isolated incident, but today’s youth see body mods as just an evolution from their cutting phase – another way they can feel pain, get desperately needed attention, and make sure they are alive.

This is the price of a decadent liberal culture. Utter and complete soullessness. Everyone is equal. No one is forced to learn how to write cursive, read a clock, abide by a dress code or show pride in their appearance. No one expects anything of them. They are told anything goes and to “find” a sexual identity that suits them. They are confused and there parents are MIA. Their parents come from the generation that was too busy playing “You Don’t Know Jack” and watching “Friends” every Thursday night. Their parents are already borderline computer addicts and don’t want to “judge” their kids. They are not well read and their own moral and intellectual framework just isn’t quite good enough to steer today’s youth from the breakers.

Adam Lanza’s mother and Father are a case in point. They “cared” about their son. But they were too stupid to use common sense and while they wanted their son to get out more – they didn’t see the violent video games as a problem or buying and keeping guns in the home when your child has serious issues. They couldn’t do the intellectual math. The positive affirmation Adam got killing people in “Call of Duty” was his sole source of an “attaboy”. He had nothing else. At some point his mind reflexively turned to the game and the violence it rewarded him for, after endless hours of playing, as a solution to his real life social problems.

The Army uses video games to train kids to kill. The more realistic the game, the more it prepares them for the real life event that might otherwise shock them. Blood spraying? Brains splattering? All recreated in as much detail as possible. The video game makers are sick antisocial bastards themselves, but their violent escape products sells to the tune of billions of dollars in a socially dysfunctional world.

The kids were shot multiple times. The adults were killed execution style – as learned in video games. No compassion. No morality or guilt to deal with. “Oppressors” need to be destroyed!

It’s not the guns that kill – it’s the soulless, hollow society that the liberals have crafted. “Don’t blame the video games” we hear religiously from all those who are addicted to simulated violence – just like Adam Lanza.

Pretty soon the liberals will have their wish – a completely moral-free world. And they will be offing themselves and others in record numbers over the next decades.
