Last night I had another wild dream. This time I was in a space hospital among the asteroids. I could look out the window and these huge asteroids were playing with the glaring light from some unseen star. The surfaces were dark and light like an odd shaped crescent moon.
Ambassador Stevens was there and we were talking. He was very angry and very sad. He was crying. He told me about his two children and how much he missed them. He told me that he was assassinated by Al Qaeda and the Obama Administration because he was working on a deal that would empower another group of Libyans – who were not affiliated with Al Qaeda. I felt sorry for him, but, personally, I found him to be somewhat unsympathetic.
He said he had to go and couldn’t speak anymore. He left the room we were in and I was alone again, gazing out at the asteroids and amazed that they didn’t look like they were “drifting” the way they are portrayed in films, but are perfectly static, just like the moon. I saw some future space craft, that hasn’t yet been invented, passing through the asteroids. It had Chinese markings.
I awoke.
The first thing I did was look up whether or not Ambassador Stevens had children. I was somewhat startled to find out he does have two children. So now I also seriously suspect that he was working on something that earned him an assassination from Al Qaeda. I also suspect the Chinese will be the first to explore the solar system with manned vessels.
I also know that Robert’s thread about Sci-Fi dreaming triggered the space slant of the dream.
